PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR AND ACTIONS
 
Rules have consequences - not punishments, just simply a consequence based on student’s choices. Disruptive behavior of any kind is not permitted  included but not limited to:
 
· Talking when instructor is talking
· Talking during demonstrations or instructions
· Causing distraction in the classroom
· Refusal to work
· Off task
· Doing nothing
· Offensive/inappropriate  language
· Wasting or abusing art materials and tools
· Tampering or causing intentional harm to other’s artwork
· Putting art materials on self or other students (unless  pre-approved art project and safe for skin)
· Making a mess on purpose  
· Bothering others
· Horseplay/Goofing off
· Not cleaning up
· Working on other classwork
· Wandering/socializing
· Sleeping
· “Waiting” for glue to dry or paint to dry or supplies to come in or inspiration to strike...
